Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of scenescape.io, which is owned and operated by InnoventuresAI Inc., a Delaware C corporation, including the website, creator workspace, public viewer, AI generation tools, account features, and related services. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean InnoventuresAI Inc. By creating an account, using the Service, publishing a world, or viewing content made available through the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, school, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service

scenescape.io lets creators build interactive 360-degree panorama worlds. Creators can generate or upload scenes, add hotspots, write text and narration, create voiceover and background music, configure AI guide behavior, link scenes together, and publish public viewer links.

The Service includes prototype and production-facing features. Some data may be stored locally in your browser during early creator workflows, while account, publishing, credit, administrative, and public-viewer features may use cloud services such as Supabase and AI providers.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content created, AI requests submitted, worlds published, and links shared.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • The Service is not intended for children under 13. If the law where you live requires a higher age for online services, you must meet that higher age or use the Service only with appropriate parent, guardian, school, or organizational consent.

Creator content and ownership

As between you and us, you retain the rights you have in the prompts, text, images, audio, scene plans, reference files, project names, descriptions, hotspots, and other materials you submit to or create with the Service, subject to these Terms and any rights held by third parties.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, adapt, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, provide, secure, improve, and support the Service. When you publish a world, this license includes making the published world and visible content available to anyone with the public link.

  • You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for any content you upload, reference, publish, or ask the Service to generate from third-party material.
  • You should keep your own backups of important content. The Service may include local browser storage and generated media workflows that are not a substitute for archival storage.
  • We may remove, disable, or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, provider policies, or the rights or safety of others.

Published worlds and viewer access

When you publish a project, the world may be accessible through a shareable URL. Viewers generally do not need an account to open published worlds. Anyone with the link may be able to view scenes, hotspot text, generated or uploaded media, narration, background music, and AI guide features that you make available.

Do not publish private, confidential, sensitive, or regulated information unless you have the necessary rights, permissions, security controls, and legal basis to do so. You are responsible for unpublishing or removing content that should no longer be public.

AI features and generated output

The Service may use AI providers and model gateways to generate world plans, prompts, images, hotspot suggestions, text, narration scripts, speech, background music, upscaled images, and AI guide responses. Your prompts, project context, scene content, media, settings, and related metadata may be sent to these providers to fulfill your request.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, non-unique, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving generated output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it commercially.

  • Do not use AI features to create or request unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, self-harm, malware, credential theft, biometric identification, or other prohibited content.
  • Do not represent AI output as human-created where that would be deceptive or unlawful.
  • Do not use AI guide responses as professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or other regulated advice.
  • AI providers may impose their own usage policies, safety rules, and technical limits. Your use of AI features must comply with those requirements.

Acceptable use

  • You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass others, impersonate anyone, mislead viewers, or distribute malicious code.
  • You may not probe, scan, overload, interfere with, reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, its API routes, its billing or credit systems, or third-party provider integrations.
  • You may not automate abusive generation, scrape non-public data, resell access without permission, remove required attribution or watermarks, or use the Service to build a competing service through unauthorized copying.
  • You may not publish content that exposes private personal information, confidential business information, regulated data, or sensitive data without proper authorization and safeguards.

Plans, credits, and paid features

The Service may include free and paid plans, usage limits, AI credits, bonus credits, published-world limits, scene limits, watermark settings, and administrative credit grants. Credits are a measure of permitted use inside the Service. They are not currency, stored value, property, or redeemable for cash.

Credit costs, plan limits, feature availability, and pricing may change over time. If paid checkout is enabled, additional payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and subscription terms may be presented at checkout or in an order form. Payment processors may handle payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Intellectual property in the Service

scenescape.io, the software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, design elements, documentation, templates, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, we do not grant you ownership of the Service or its technology.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, feedback, or improvement requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and providers for authentication, database storage, AI generation, model routing, media generation, analytics or diagnostics, hosting, and other functions. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, and those services may change, become unavailable, or impose additional rules.

Links from published worlds or the Service to third-party websites, assets, or services are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or control third-party content.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, reduce feature access, or take other protective action if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, exceeded technical or usage limits, or if we must comply with law or provider requirements.

After termination, some provisions will continue to apply, including sections concerning content licenses needed for prior operation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, dispute provisions, and any payment obligations that accrued before termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that AI output, public viewer rendering, browser storage, generated media, published links, usage calculations, or third-party integrations will be accurate, durable, available, lawful for your use case, or free from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, content loss, or replacement costs arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose or USD $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your content, your published worlds, your use of AI output, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misappropriation of anyone's rights.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated Terms, updating the last updated date, or providing in-product notice.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
